Really nice home!

This property was great because of its versatile function. The lower floor was perfect for all the kiddos to hang out, play video games and watch movies while the adults hanged out on the main level floor. The home was also very clean and host was amazing in providing a lot of information on activities and equipment to use that they provided. The home is also very close to downtown which made it really easy to explore and relax. We 100% recommend this home for a group big or small, there’s enough space for everyone.

Arnold Cabin

Me and my friends and Family started a tradition of going to snow or cabin for a weekend. This was our second stay in Arnold and we all loved Sandra’s property. The location was awesome. You do loose a little reception but Sandra did give a heads up before we went so o was able to have others I drove with leave it on their navigation as well. The cabin is away from neighbors with big safe parking. The cabin had more than we expected. Bunch of things that were provided that didn’t need to be. Thank you! It was super clean and we all enjoyed our stay and felt cozy and relaxed in the living room with the fireplace lit. Would recommend this property!

Peaceful place in Arnold

Perfect for multi-generation gathering

What a great mountain home, close to local trails and Calaveras Big Trees! Our kids and grandkids had the entire downstairs to themselves, and our other adult daughter and us (the grandparents) stayed upstairs! Everything we needed for cooking and comfort was provided. Thank you!

Lovely place to stay in Arnold.

This property was lovely. We stayed with the maximum allowed members (3 couples, 1 single, and 7 kids age 5 through 12) and everyone enjoyed themselves. It was perfect. Kids loved all the games as well as ping pong in the garage. Adults enjoyed a good puzzle after a day in the mountains. Beds were comfortable, honestly I think we could have still slept more comfortably due to how spacious it was. 10/10 would love to return and stay.

Beautiful Cabin. Wonderful views

This property was wonderful! We went with our whole family for an annual trip. This house was comfortable and well stocked. The Cub Cave was great for the kiddos and gave them their own private place to relax. Beds were comfy and fans in all rooms was a plus! Would definitely recommend.

I have stayed in many Vrbo homes in many places, this was one of the BEST. It had everything one would need and so much more for our entire family. The owner was so easy to communicate with and check in was easy. There are so many things to do in the area. There was a great 4th of July parade near by. We really appreciated being able to stay in this home.

Our favorite room was the cub room. Our littles sleep comfortable and my husband and I were able to stay in the room to care for them. The place and location were great! The entrainment (table tennis/foosball) was a great addition to the home. Place was clean and modern. The rooms were great, the instructions were simple, and the view was amazing. We had a really great time and I highly recommend this location for a family getaway.

Beautiful large property in mountains

My extended family and I had the best time at this property. Lynn had great communication leading up to our stay. The house is well stocked. It’s upgraded and beautiful and bigger than we expected. The garage has a ping pong table and other fun items. The driveway is a bit steep so make sure you have help backing in. Would love to visit again!

Quiet place surrounded by trees

Large, quiet property with enough space to spread out. Great for groups of friends and families. Beautiful back deck with great views of the woods. We had a great time and will definitely consider this place the next time we are in Arnold.

Cabin in the Pines

The house was very clean! The view from the ground floor balcony was beautiful. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, but one of the beds upstairs was very lumpy and uncomfortable, also the bunk beds were rickety which frightened the children. We ended up putting those mattresses on the floor. The powder room toilet flusher stuck several times and we had to try to fix it. I think there is something wrong with the flushing mechanism. In spite of that we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for a family gathering

As a family that has visited the Arnold area for the past twenty some years, this cabin is by far the best experience we have had. The unit is incredibly well equipped and maintained. The views are breathtaking from the back deck and for hikers there is an entry to the Arnold Rim trail leading to the ‘top of the world’. Great hosts ! We will be back!
