Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis gut und ausreichend. Von der Tramhaltestelle läuft man 2 Minuten zu Fuss zum Hotel und man ist in 5 Stationen im Zentrum.. Auch ist die Lage recht ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Leider war der Lärmpegel bis 22 Uhr wegen des darunter liegenden Tanzsaales im Zimmer sehr hoch. Am Donnerstagabend war die Musik so laut, dass im Zimmer die Glasablagen schepperten. Morgens hört man die polternden Balletteusen. Sonst ist das Hotel super, grosse hübsche Zimmer, gute Lage, nettes Personal und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man lärmunempfindlich ist.

Die Lage des Hotels ist Spitze, man ist in nur wenigen Minuten mit der Tram in der Inneren Stadt. Die Maisonette-Zimmer sind weniger zu empfehlen, da etwas lauter durch das Dance- Studio im Erdgeschoss und die steile Stiege zum Bettbereich ist nicht für ältere Menschen geeignet!

Check-in und Service ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist ok, etwas ausserhalb: Zu Fuss hat man gute 20 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Gute Tram-Anbindung. Wir hatten ein Maisonette-Zimmer in der obersten Etage (Dachstock), die Klimaanlage kühlt unten gut, jedoch wurde es oben (wo das Bett steht) sehr warm. Preis-Leistung sehr gut.

Die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung. Man ist mit der Bahn schnell im Zentrum. Das Hotel selber ist eine tolle Idee, aus einer ehemaligen Kirche ein Hotel zu machen. Wir waren zu dritt angemeldet. Die Aufbettung war allerdings nicht gemacht und als wir darauf hinwiesen, hat man das Bettzeug auf das Sofa gelegt und das war's. Das Sofa ausziehen und das Bett dann herrichten, durften wir abends allein machen. Okay. Das Maisonette-Zimmer war winzig. Nichts für 3 Personen. Aber okay. Leider noch etwas Negatives. Die Bad-Tür, die direkt am Wohnbereich ist, war eine Milchglastür, die oben und unten einen ca. 10 cm großen Spalt hatte. Also "0 - Privatsphäre ". Das Frühstück war okay aber auch nicht mehr. Wir würden das Hotel schon weiter empfehlen, weil es ja okay war. Vielleicht sind ja auch die anderen Zimmer etwas großzügiger geschnitten und wir hatten einfach nur Pech mit unserem Zimmer. Welches übrigens auf der Hotel-Website auch nicht zu sehen ist. Warum nur ? Es war alles soweit halbwegs in Ordnung, bis auf den Preis. Wir haben für 3 Nächte für 3 Personen 670,- € bezahlt. Und hier hakt es bei mir. Denn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis haut überhaupt nicht hin. Wir persönlich würden das nächste mal definitiv ein anderes Hotel nehmen oder wir hätten die Zusage für ein größeres Zimmer. Bleibt aber immer noch der heftige Preis.

Surprisingly nice Rooms, still convenient location
Our Room was bigger and nicer than we expected! Very friendly staff. Located not quite in the center, the location is actually a big plus - nearby parking, no screaming tourists at night etc..., still a Tram station is around the corner and the center is reached within 10 Minutes.

Enjoyed our stay, especially because of the adjacent dance studio which added to our personal enjoyment as former dancers. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Our room was very spacious and quiet. When we visit Amsterdam again we will certainly return to the Chasse Hotel.

Excellent hotel in a quiet, local neighborhood. We are thrilled that we found it on a last minute trip to the area. Staff was so welcoming, hotel is super clean and modern with character being in a Former church. Nice restaurants on the Main Street. 10 mins on tram to city center and 10 Min walk to Jordaan. I travel often and this is the best hotel Breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Thank you Chasse!

Loved staying here the staff were so lovely and also upgraded our room! We had some issues regarding missed connecting flights and the staff were so helpful and kind during that stressful time. A miscommunication between hotels.com and the hotel, left us without a room the first night and we had to checkin in another hotel (arranged by the primary hotel) and go back for breakfast the following morning. On the second day we walked in Amsterdam and found a used coat hanger rack, which disappeared from our room during next day cleaning, but neither the cleaning crew or the reception was able to tell us why or how and it was never recovered and we didn't get it covered by the hotel. No other item or valuable was touched. The room was cozy. There was a dance studio below the hotel, and for a few hours we were part of the dance instruction even though we were in our room. That should probably be mentioned in the hotel description. The breakfast room was nice. There was a number of stairs, but not a problem for us.

Hotel muito bom. Café da manhã excelente, hotel limpo, organizado, checkin e checkout tranquilos. Fiquei hospedada com minha família no 4o andar. Tem elevador até o 3o andar e depois uma escada tranquila até o andar superior. O quarto tem um tamanho razoável, banheiro operacional com as amenidades necessárias, e dentro do quarto, há um mezanino com a cama de casal e um teto extremamente baixo, o que o torna perigoso para pessoas mais altas. A escada é estreita e perigosa. Não é adequado para famílias com crianças. O hotel não é tão perto dos principais pontos turísticos. Fica a, pelo menos, 20 minutos de caminhada de qualquer ponto.

Bedroom was clean, staff was super friendly, breakfast I expected more given the price, having the ability to rent a bike from the hotel itself is also a good thing.

Buen hotel con excelente personal y bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad, el único inconveniente es que el sumidero del baño no tragaba bien, por lo demás buen hotel y buen servicio.

Aardig hotel met fantastisch ontbijt.
Aardig hotel in kleine, maar wel bijzondere, on-Amsterdamse buurt. Dubbeldeks dekbed was wel erg groot en zwaar. Ontbijt was super.

Excellent location near downtown Amsterdam. Hotel staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start each day! Tram and bus transportation very convenient. We used the Bos en Lommer parking garage, convenient access. All around, a great stay and quiet location in the busy city!
