„This house was perfect! We had 10 people for a 50th birthday celebration and we had everything we needed. The whole area was extremely safe and private, we felt like we had our own beach. Edgar and our housekeeper were great and very responsive. Kim was very quick to reply to wordings our needs before and during our stay. „Our group of 14 people absolutely loved pelican Bay Villa!! Our property was beautiful and as advertised. We loved that it was on a beautiful golf course in Tulum country club. We had a private chef cook breakfast for us for most of our stay and it was delicious. Our communication with the host was exceptional and we cannot say enough positive things about Leandro! „Casita was not satisfactory. Toilet did not work, all sinks & faucets did not work. Very un satisfied with the Casita. Main house was OK, except for large amount of bugs in the house.“
