💡 Energy Consumption



•Turn off A/C units, lights, and electronics when not in use.

❄️ A/C should never remain on when the villa is unoccupied to avoid energy waste.



⚠️ Illegal Items



•Drugs and firearms are strictly prohibited.

🚫 Possession or use will result in immediate eviction and legal action under Mexican law.



🌴 Unexpected Events



•Tulum is a developing town; occasional power or water outages may occur.

These are beyond our control.

⛈ In severe cases (storms or emergencies), staff may access the villa for safety reasons.



•The company is not liable for interruptions caused by external providers or weather.

•Due to our location on the Caribbean coast, there may be a presence of sargassum mainly between May and August, as it is a natural and seasonal phenomenon.
