„I spent a lot of time choosing this condo, for its size and location. When we arrived in Cancun at 3:00 we were told we wouldn’t be able to stay at the property. We were in our transport shuttle with no where to go. We were offered a few alternatives, but none were on the beach and were not comparable. „Very unpleasant my stay in this property, old and broken furniture, musty and dirty smell in the bathrooms, the shower flushing the water all over the bathroom was not working, in general the property seems abandoned. I don’t recommend this place at all. It looks good on the pictures but it is not nice at all, probably those are old pictures. Broken gabinetes at the kitchen and almost nothing on them, like utensils to cook. “

„We just returned from 9 days in Playa Del Carmen and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sal's place. The condo was even nicer than the photos as was the pool. The complex where the condo is has very nice security staff and all the residents we saw were all very friendly. Seems like a really nice community. „Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. Amazingggg stay and we would definitely go back again. “

„Nous avons aimé l’endroit, très calme. Malheureusement, impossible d’utiliser la mer car elle est rocheuse. Les chaises dehors et dans la cuisine ne sont as confortables, le divan sans accoudoir ne l’est pas non plus. Nous avons adoré le lit et les oreillers. La piscine est très bien. La petite piscine privée derriere n’est même as nvitante. Condo plus petit que les photos le proposent. “

"Eine sehr gepflegte, schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Die 2 & 3 Bett Suiten mit Ocean Blick sind sehr zu empfehlen und bieten einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Gartenanlage und das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und auch mit 4 Personen bieten sie genügend Platz. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wir hatten einen Wunderbaren Aufenthalt."

"Die Anlage ist riesig, voller Tiere und sattem Grün. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher und kann zwischen den 4 Hotels abwechseln (Aufpreis). Die Themenrestaurants bieten Essen der Spitzenklasse und man hat nicht die Hektik des Buffets. Buffet war aber immer sehr sehr lecker, große Auswahl, die für meinen Geschmack zu viel klassisches amerikanisches Essen angeboten hat aber die Hauptgäste kommen nun einmal von dot"

"Tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Die Unterkünfte sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der Boden müsste dringend erneuert werden. Die Matratze war leider auch sehr unbequem. Wir haben keine Instruktionen zum Check-In erhalten, zum Glück war aber die Rezeption noch besetzt. Ab 18 Uhr ist diese geschlossen. Leider wenig Informationen vom Personal, uns wurde nicht mal gesagt, wo sich der Pool befindet. "
