„Rude front desk staff, lizard in room, far from ANYTHING (hard to find driver) pool was broken, could only eat at resort, super hot rooms, entire gym basically broken. Besides front desk worker, staff was nice.“

„Amazing stay right on the beach. Exceptional staff. “

„Very good!“

„Brand new hotel, beautiful contemporary decor. Room are not huge but enough. Comfortable good support mattress and crisp white sheets. Staff extremely courteous, helpful, and professional, and did I mention beautiful and handsome in áo dài and quần tây áo chemise. Because i was so busy, i regret not having a chance to enjoy the amenities. Will stay here again in a heartbeat. “

„Over night stay for flight but the hotel was close to everything that we be able to do“

„As a vegetarian they just ignored my special request and mentioned their breakfast buffet with. Indeed there was only salad, lousy fruit selection and no soup. The resort and location is nice, it's just that service annoyed me. “

„Hyggelig betjening, rolig område“

„Probably the best hotel in Buon Ma Thuot, great facilities and very nice. Food tasty. Staff friendly but english level needs to improve, very difficult to communicate.“

„Clean“

„We booked a room for four nights but left after two. Although the room was really nice, you can not enjoy the stay here. There is a highway directly next to the bungalows (10 m) and constant truck-honking and (really loud) traffic noise that you hear all the time. The staff doesn't speak English at all and the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant but only a truck stop where cats with cut off tails wander around and in rooms next to the kitchen. The food is horrible and we even had a ...
