„This property did not meet expectations based on the listing. The unit is advertised as sleeping seven guests and offering BBQ access, but neither was accurate during our stay.
Communication was also very frustrating. It was not possible to reach an on-site property manager; instead, we were routed through a text messaging service with an off-site representative who was unable to effectively assist with our concerns.
The most disappointing issue was the washer and dryer. The listing clearly ...

„Well kept location. I have used this company twice now and had no issues. Would recommend. This particular property doesn’t have too many issues with heavy traffic to theme parks which is a plus in Orlando!“

„Overall a good experience. We had an issue with AC not working but they moved us to a different unit. Commons pool at the club house was great even though we used it only once on our day off from the parks.
It’s a great choice for a family vs renting a hotel room.“

„We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken. If i knew this i wouldn't have booked this property. I had grandkids that would've loved to use this everyday. Also many things wrong in the house. Kitchen sink garberaror“

„First off the house was not clean. It was only clean where a vacuum can fit. Behind all toilets was dirty, every shower had hair from previous guests. We have a three year old so we were in a rush to leave to get on our cruise and left behind our iPad. We wrote and apparently a cleaner took over two days to get to the house to only come back and say there was no iPad. Security didn’t even ask for ID. The back gate is open to let anyone just enter. Would never stay here again. Didn’t feel clean ...
