„Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, die Kinder haben den Pool, Spielzimmer und Kinozimmer genossen. Die Anlage ist sauber, sicher und super. Der Lärm von der Highway muss jedoch je nach Lage des Hauses in Kauf genommen werden. Ich würde aber auf jedenfalls das Encore Resort at Reunion weiter empfehlen und selber wieder einchecken.“

„This home was exactly as the pictures and more. It was beautiful and perfect size for my family. The pool was also perfect when we didn’t want to be in the crowds anymore at the resorts. Wonder vacation homes were amazing hosts and took great care of all of our questions “

„The property was nice. It would have been better if I had access to the pool area. That’s what I looked forward to the most. The king bed on the second floor was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life, that sounded like the bed would break in half at every movement. Awful. I was soft, high in the middle, low on the edges. My back hurt my entire start. Overall, the output of nice sand in a great location.“

„Das erste und letzte Mal in dieser Unterkunft. 6 Tage (gesamte Zeit) kein warmes Wasser. Unsere Frauen mit langen Haaren konnten sich 6Tage nicht die Haare waschen. Das Haus war zudem nicht richtig sauber. Wie auch wenn das Putzen mit kalten Wasser durchgeführt wurde. Aus dem Haushaltsraum, zu dem wir kein Zutritt hatten, kam ein immer wiederkehrendes Piepen was im Zimmer nebenan zu unruhigen Nächten geführt hatte. However, there was an issue with the trash bins that were stored inside the garage (according to the instructions, the bins were to be stored inside/out of sight even though all the other houses had them outside near the garage). „Upon our arrival, not only did we have no hot water, there was very little water pressure coming out of the bathroom showers and tubs. My family and I, which consisted of 4 children 7 and under, were not able to bathe in the bathrooms, we had to bath them outside in the pool. We reached out the the property and they could not send someone until the next morning. The next day, while we were not at the property, the issue was not resolved until the early evening. “
