The pool is screened in which was great! We got the pool heater (extra) it was working most of the time. When it wasn’t they got it checked out the next day. The hall bathroom upstairs shower was used by one person once and had some leaking in the kitchen. We reported right away and didn’t use that shower again. (There are three) they said they were going to send someone, but we were at the parks. When we arrived the front door combo lock was dead. They got back to me right away, but wasn’t able to get someone out right away. They had me get in through a sliding door in the back. The handy man came the next morning to fix it with new batteries, but it needed replacing.
They did replace it the following day. All communication was done by very friendly text messages. Pool towels are not provided, so I ordered them and pool toys on Amazon and they were delivered the next day. (Which they allow.) The neighborhood was very safe and the Chinese restaurant outside the back security gate was VERY good. Getting to all of the parks and airport took 25-30 minutes. Overall the 10 days we spent there was great! The door lock is now new and that was the only issue we had. I would stay there again. It had two rooms upstairs with a full and bunk bed in each and a master with a king, and another bedroom on the main level with a queen. All of the bedding was clean and comfortable. You get a hand towel and bath towel per person.
