„Bitte tretet mit mir in Verbindung … hab einige Hotels gebucht , aber das letzte in Palo Alto was für mich ( uns) eine Katastrophe ! W lan Ging nicht u nd wir kontern geschäftlich und privat nichts tun … mussten in ein Café ausweichen … war nur wlan , aber somit waren beide Tage eine Katastrohe !!! Bin wirklich kein Nörgler , wäre aber genug Grund mit die Hotelkosten zurück zu erstatten !! Beste Grüße , Ph. Butterfass “

„Hotel ist ok,und Zimmer ist gut.Nachteilig: Hotel-Reception ist sehr schwer(fast unmöglich)via Telefon zu erreichen. Desw.: Beim Einchecken wird eine relativ hohe Kaution verlangt (125$). Man wurde hierüber vorab NICHT informiert.“

„Negative: - We had to wait 1.5h on the transfer from the airport to the hotel. It was „promised“ every 20 minutes. We had no way to contact the hotel.. waiting was the only option. It was really annoying and inconvenient. - The parking garage is veeeeery expensive. Positive: - The room was spacious with a nice and fully equipped kitchen! - Breakfast was good. All in all a hotel I would book again for a short stay near the airport. “

„Everything was great, but this was my first time trying citizenM breakfast and, and tbh I don’t think it’s worth it. They offer a decent amount of fruits / pastries / yogurts in addition to the main breakfast items (mostly breakfast sandwiches), but I thought the main breakfast items themselves were not that good. I don’t think the $22 / day price is justified unless you have kids maybe AND you know for certain you’ll use the breakfast every day of the stay. Also I wish the breakfast was ...
