„Eine super schöne Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail, wie man sie sich in den USA vorstellt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, jeden Morgen gibt es kostenlos Kaffe oder Tee. Abends kann man mit den anderen Gästen am Lagerfeuer sitzen, so dass sich manchmal interessante Gespräche ergeben. Gerne wieder!“

„Beautiful setting on the Lake.“

„The space was cozy, clean, well-appointed and spacious. The owners are communicative and helpful. 5 stars.“

„This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. Our dog loved running free in the yard and taking walks on the lane behind the ...

„It was quite and peaceful and not a lot of noise from fireworks on the fourth “

„Great property. Just be aware there is a number of steps and an incline to bring items into the house. Also the fire pit is across the street by the water and an uphill walk back to the house. House was great. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and very clean. Nice deck with view of the lake.“

„Lovely quiet property for two families. Beautiful nights w a view of the lake“

„This vacation home was in the perfect location! Beautiful sunrise views from an impressive front patio. The property is very peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed our time at both ends of Seneca Lake. We walked Watkins Glen gorge trail and visited several wineries. Our favorite restaurant was Kinderd Fare in Geneva. After a full day of exploring we enjoyed some time around the fire pit. They have a great selection of DVD,s and games, even though we didn’t have the time to use them. We would ...

„the listing was a little misleading, the picture on VRBO was not the property we were renting it's the house across the street. The master bedroom was fine with a king size bed and has a master bath .The bunk beds in 1 bedroom were not suited for adults as the lower bed was basically on the floor good for kids. The other bedroom was small with 2 single beds and this bedroom had no closet. The property was listed as ( Brand New )but actully it is 5 years old. The property is in a good location ...

„My sister and I had a great stay. The house is freshly remodeled with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was nicely appointed with basic supplies and condiments. Location was great for us to be able to hit our favorite wineries. Owner very responsive and provided an excellent notebook with instructions and local suggestions. Location is close to railroad tracks as pictured. We were not bothered by the one train that passed during our stay.“

„The view was the standout on this property. Unfortunately, it went downhill when you went inside. Our worst complaint was that there was not a comfortable place to sit in the entire house. Cushions were so thin you could practically see thru them. We double stacked them and still bottomed out. We had several rainy days so didn't have much choice but to be inside in the evenings. Beds also needed an upgrade. Another downside -- dozens of geese - cute but incredibly messy. I realize this is ...

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great place to come back to and unwind after visiting the wine trail event. The property was very well maintained and comfortable. I even slept well, and rarely do that when not in my own bed. A Great place to stay and had everything we needed. “

„Everything was just great. Hot-Tub, Firepit, kitchen, bedrooms etc. as described and shown. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure.“

„The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches “

„Thanks for being such a great host! Our family trip was fantastic thanks to your home. Clean, roomy, quiet and perfect for our stay. We loved the sun porch, definitely a bonus space. Thanks you for the welcome note and the delicious cookies too! We look forward to visiting again“

„We LOVED our stay! The house was beautiful, clean and tidy! The host provided essentials at the house which we really appreciated. There were ample towels and they were excellent quality. The spaces were just beautiful and worked so well for our group get together. Thank you so very much!“

„My mom and I had the best stay. The property is gorgeous! The view is spectacular. It has a great lay out. The kitchen had everything we needed. I hope to be able to stay again at some point in the future.“
