„The whole place is better than advertised. The views of Seneca lake from both the dock, the drive in, and Lodi Point Park are amazing. Bring water shoes to swim. More than a dozen wineries and great restaurants within minutes drive. Boat launch within a few hundred yards. Our 8yo loved the nearby playground and hiking in the region's many Glens (incl Watkins Glen). We had a great time from this peaceful and convenient location. And the sunset over the lake is simply amazing.“

„Overall the house is a great location, great layout and gorgeous views. The one issue is the water. The sulfur smell from the well water is pretty harsh. They do mention it and provide a Brita filter but we found it easier to bring bottled water. You can definitely smell and taste the sulfur anytime you are running water at the property (shower, toilet, etc.)“

„Great location. Central to state parks, keuka lakes, canadaigua lake. Easy to find local tours to pick you up (Keuka Lake Experience, Bob Knapp). Home was clean, easy to locate. Well furnished to be able to rat at home. But close enough to eat local (Blue Eagle). Realy enjoyed ourselfs! Only feedback is bed is a bit firm. Pretty small concern. Will definetly go back.“
