Wunderbar gelegen, toller Ausgangspunkt neben der Rialto rücke. (Wichtig um allzulange Fusswege zu vermeiden.) Sehr nette Gastgebers. Frühstück (gut) streng nach Covid-Massnahmen. Kein Lift, kein TV, bequeme Betten. Preis-Leistung sehr gut.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Excellent value and very comfortable. Staff were brilliant. Honestly its lovelier than the photos show. Its also incredibly conveniently located a short walk from everything. We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. What we didnt realise was theres also a shared kitchen area and dining room which was perfect to save a bit of money too. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nos encantó la ubicación del lugar, a escasos pasos del gran canal, del puente rialto, Mercado y muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Desayuno incluido, habitaciones acogedoras. Y la atención del personal fue excelente y muy cálida. En especial de la chica y el chico de recepción. Solo que está cerca de un área de bares y se escuchaba un poco de ruido en la noche, pero estábamos tan cansados que no nos importó. 😊✨

A good hotel to stay in Venice! The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is nice, and in a good location, just a few minutes walk from Rialto bridge. My room is a private room with a shared bathroom and might need to wait to use it in the morning peak hour.

The staff bent over backwards to try and make my stay pleasant after some initial problems caused by the Expedia description. Comfortable room, great location near the Rialto and lovely people. I would definitely go back again!

Comfortable apartment at great location
We highly recommend this apartment. It is spacious, fully equipped and at a great location (just 3 minutes walk from San Marco). Before booking this place we were hesitant because key pick up is at another location, but it was only a short 7 minute walk and we received clear walking directions. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and gave us ample tips for dining options outside of the touristy areas. They responded very quickly to any questions / requests we had. We hope to return soon.

There was no fridge in room to keep drinks or anything .also there was no elevator snd had to walk .76 steps to get to our room.Also no tv in room.

As the building dates back to 1289 and was used as a convent until 1748, it is not possible to equip it with an elevator. This information is visible on the Expedia.com/Hotels.com website and you may have missed it when booking. In the booking confirmation message we had written to you that the room was on the 4th floor, without a lift, you did not ask if it was possible to change to a room on a lower floor. We are sorry to hear that your stay was not your expectations. Perfect location, 1-2 mins off the boat taxi stop. The higher part of town so even staying during the worst flood in 50 years, this was the best area of town to be in. Some restaurants nearby stayed open and all the rooms are off the ground level so we stayed dry. The staff was very friendly. During the flood they let us borrow rainboots for no charge

The apartment was huge. The bed was a bit hard and there wasn't a tea towel in the kitchen. There were no changes of towels so we had to use damp ones after our first shower.

Seemed like a more traditional hotel. Comfortable and large room. Views were just of other neighboring buildings, not waterway as in picture. Staff and owners were helpful and nice. We enjoyed our stay. Great for the price. Easy to get to water taxi, food and shopping.

Great location. Check-in staff were very helpful with directions, explanations and instructions. Facility was very comfortable and clean.
