„On arrival we were greeted by lovely staff at reception. The rooms are clean and presentable with welcome cookies and drinks in the mini fridge. The bed was really comfy with a nice duvet. Location is fantastic. Would highly recommend. “

„We stayed in a studio suite and the room was brilliant, literally had everything you need in the kitchenette. Clever TV unit for watching in bed or from the sofas. Breakfast was included and plentiful. Happily stay again.“

„Nice size room and comfortable bed. Basic coffee/tea options. Room window was right next to the train tracks of the station, alarmingly, but the sound outside was no issue.
Inside the room the aircon made a constant humming noise and could not be turned off even with assistance. Also got woken up earlier than intended by the cleaning staff repeatedly opening the very squeaky door of the stock cupboard outside our door.“

„For the price paid... OK. Stopped here several times before and this was the worst experience. The images on the website didn't accurately represent the room, (paid extra for a larger room) which was a letdown from the start. But it was alright. Upon arrival, I noticed the kitchen area had dirty marks all over the gloss cabinets, as well as long black hairs on the floor in the lounge, which suggested a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process.

„Insgesamt war die Unterkunft ok. Im ersten Zimmer schloss die Türe nicht richtig, es war kalt, der Wasserkocher funktionierte nicht mehr richtig und als wir das Zimmer am Abend verlassen wollten und die Türe öffneten, fiel die Türe samt Rahmen raus. Wir haben dann das Zimmer daneben erhalten. Ebenfalls kalt, der Lichtschalter für das Bad hatte einen Wackelkontakt und bei der Dusche kam amwechslungsweise im Sekundentakt warmes als auch kaltes Wasser raus. „Second stay at this hotel, so it must be good! We had another enjoyable stay, and would return again! Staff helpful and pleasant. Room spacious and clean with kettle and refreshments. Comfy bed, clean towels, shampoo and body wash, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, safe and TV. Everything one needs! Excellent breakfast, and about a 15 minutes walk into the City Centre. Car Parking available at the hotel too for an extra cost.“

"The check-in with the staff with the ring through her nose was a bit sad. Not very friendly and didn't care or explained anything. I wrote an email a day before checking to request a quiet room. No-one answered and also the lady with the nose ring at reception didn't care at all. "It should be quiet" - nope, was not, room facing a 4 lane street above a bus stop.
Bed was comfortable, no fridge in room. Breakfast was good. Sadly no gym. "

Frühstück absolut ausreichend und gut für ein kontinentales Frühstück (es gab Kaffee, Säfte, Marmeladen, Nutella, Toast, Süßes, Schinken und Käse, Obst). Lage sehr gut, weil nahe beim Busbahnhof und von dort in die Stadt. Ich kann dieses Hotel empfehlen."
