„Beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was so cosy, clean & well looked after. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth. „Good little apartment, had everything we needed. Close to town centre. Only thing was the tv’s - couldn’t get live tv on tv’s in bedrooms, only could get BBC1 in lounge, no ITV!! “

„Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and nice. Lounge bit scruffy.Kitchen was filthy. Cupboards had been painted and paint was still wet. Freezer drawers all broken. Drawers not clean and oven was filthy.Sham as the 3rd floor was very nice with bathroom facilities all good. “

„Dead spider next to dresser table, old stain on bedding cover, cob webs on seating tables outside, leaves swept under the outside sofa cover and dirty sofa under the cover. Could be cleaned a lot more professionally Not hot tub instructions in regards to when the tube gets cold as we tried the second night and it was too cold to stay in. Would be nice to have instructions to re heat. Overall the stay was really nice and I would definitely re visit! “

"Check-in bei unhöflicher Mitarbeiterin, Zimmer nicht fertig, Zimmer nicht ausreichend bestückt (Handtücher, Duschgel leer, Seife leer, Boden schmutzig), zur Strasse sehr laut, Rezeption konnte keinerlei Fragen oder Hilfestellung geben (wo fährt der Bus zum Flughafen ab?). Leider ist das Hotel überhaupt nicht zum empfehlen!"
