„I LOVED Carol. She was welcoming and kind, made an amazing breakfast for me, answered all my questions. A great hostess. My room (12) was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of pillows and extra blankets. Nice big TV. The water pressure was really low but I think that’s typical in older buildings. The garden was peaceful and I enjoyed sitting there in the evening with a glass of wine. Great stay. Traveled from Canada.“

„Good stay - if the car park is full, space can be found on nearby side streets. Nice comfortable room and good breakfast served with flexible times. Just be aware they host a lot of live music, and it isn't a big building so expect to head down and join the crowd!“

„Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame ...

„Wifi at both locations where I stayed ( Manchester and Leeds) was terrible. They didn't fix it but at least in Manchester they offered a discount on food.“
