My only complaint is the traditional blind and window was not thick enough. Would prefer black out curtains . I was woken up by the light at 6 every morning. „This was my second stay already and I totally love this hotel. The location next to Okachimachi station is so convenient and the Keisei Skyliner station to Narita airport is within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. Communication in English with the staff members was no problem. Rooms are quite small but that's Tokyo standard and totally fine. The only issue is that there are only two elevators which can be quite busy especially in the morning. Keep this in mind ...

"Der Check-In verlief Problemlos. Man hat hier nur Schlüssel und keine Zimmerkarten. Diese Schlüssel gibt man dann ab, wenn man länger außer Haus ist. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und konnte gut Englisch.
Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechsel.
Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas älter. Aber es war alles sehr sauber und in Ordnung. Das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr freundlich. Man kann auch einfach mal einen Tag nur die Handtücher wechseln lassen. Leider konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen, was in Raucherräumen schon sehr schön gewesen wäre. Aber es gab Lufterfrischer, sowie einen Kühlschrank und Fön.
Es war sehr gut, dass man gratis Tee und Energy Drink bei der Rezeption bekommen hat und es war auch ein Automat für Getränke direkt im Hotel vorhanden. Der Wäscheraum war etwas abgelegen, aber es gab auch Waschpulver. Auch hier war das Hotelpersonal sehr nett und hat uns geholfen.
Die Lage war das Highlight. Man war sehr schnell zu Fuß in der Kanda Station und auch zu Fuß in Akihabara. Family Mart und einige gute Restaurants waren direkt in der Nähe.
Ich kann dieses Hotel empfehlen."

"Das DDD Hotel liegt zu Fuß 15 Minuten von Akihabara entfernt, etwa 20 Minuten von Asakusa und etwa 5 Minuten von Asakusabashi, allesamt Viertel die mit zu den interessantesten in Tokyo gehören.
Man hat mehrere Metrolinien die hier kreuzen, daher ist die Anbindung sowohl an den Flughafen Narita und Haneda ausgezeichnet.
Das Zimmer ist sehr schlicht eingerichtet, einen Fernseher haben wir nicht gehabt, dafür zwei riesige Einzelbetten.
Das Badezimmer ist über ein kleines Podest erreichbar, ist komplett gekachelt was im Herbst / Winter an den Füßen aufgrund der Temperaturen etwas unangenehm werden kann und bietet zudem keine Möglichkeit seine Handtücher aufzuhängen.
In der Nähe des Hotels haben wir mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants gehabt, also verhungert man hier nicht.
Das Zimmer bietet einen kleinen Kühlschrank, einen Wasserkocher und wider Erwarten sogar einen Kleiderschrank.
Check-In und -Out läuft über Automaten, aber es gibt auch freundliches Personal welches assistiert.
Ich würde hier definitiv nochmal ein Zimmer buchen."
