„I have stayed at the Citadines Shinjuku for several occasions and it never has met me down. The rooms are great with a little kitchen, there is a konbini right next to it - but what is most important, the staff is always helpful and friendly. Will definitely go there again, especially as I am familiar with the surroundings now.“

En particulier la machine à laver / sèche linge est très pratique, et l’équipement de la cuisine nous a permis de préparer de délicieux petits déjeuners. Situé dans une petite rue très calme, très proche d’une station de métro et du Tokyo Center Air Terminal, avec des navettes directes pour les aéroports. Personnel à l’accueil très aimable, à l’anglais parfois limité mais toujours disponible pour aider ...

„Excellent apartments. Great size, comfortable, with a lot of useful amenities (like a washer and dryer in the bathroom where we stayed). The surrounding area is really lovely, with the train station around the corner, plenty of places to eat, several convenience stores and a grocery store.“

„Wir kamen kurz nach 22 Uhr im Hotel an. Da wir das wussten schrieben wir das Hotel vorher an, weil laut Unterlagen ein Check-In bis 22 Uhr möglich ist. Wir haben schnell eine Rückmeldung mit Anweisungen bekommen. Der Nachtwart war sehr freundlich und nach dem Ausfüllen von ein paar Formularen etc... konnten wir unser Zimmer beziehen. Wir waren 7 Personen und haben ein Appartment mit Verbindungstür gebucht. So hatten wir 2 kleine Wohnzimmer mit jeweils einer kleinen Kochzeile und 4 Schlafzimmer, ...

„MIMARU suitengumae, wow what can we say? You set the standards high when it comes to family friendly, equipped accomodation, had everything we needed and also the option to borrow appliances. Kitchen had everything we needed, microwave and fridge just the right size for our stay. Plenty of bins and towels. Laundry downstairs is good and detergent provided already. We were close to TCAT so can get to airports easily. Warm and welcoming lobby. Last but not least, the staff are fantastic, ...

„Wir waren 4 Tage in Tokyo, um Urlaub zu machen nach einer Woche auf einer Tagung in Kyoto. Vom Hotel aus ist man quasi sofort nicht nur an der Haltestelle Iidabashi, die zentral in Tokyo gelegen ist, sondern auch an einer tollen Einkaufs- und Restaurantstraße. Ums Hotel herum war es aber sehr ruhig, was toll war. Die Zimmer sind vollkommen in Ordnung, aber sicherlich nicht mehr in top Zustand.“

„숙소는 정말 좋습니다. 청결하고 넓고 요리도 할 수 있으며 되게 조용합니다. 스태프분도 굉장히 친절합니다. 오에도 선이 바로 옆인데 저는 오에도선쪽에 가고싶은 카페들이 있어서 많이 이용했습니다. 우에노역이 걸어서 10분 정도라서 번화가 위주로 돌아보려는 분들도 나쁘지 않을 듯 합니다. 대신 주변에 음식점도 스키야 하나고 가까운 곳에 편의점은 있으나 물건이 별로 없습니다“
