If you are a lover of walking you can easily walk to parks, shops and cafes. Enjoy a beautiful ride to the beach, Tulum ruins and additional shops and restaurants with the bicycles included in this unit. You can also rent a motorcycle or ATV from one of many places in the area.

We include 10 KW per night on your stay, in case to go over we do charge $8 MXN for each extra KW. You have access to the meters anytime. It's a regular consumption, it's just in order to avoid the guest leaves the AC or lights ON while they are not there.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $350 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.
