Parking: plenty of parking on the street is always easily available at all times. Please avoid parking in front of someone else's home.

Food delivery: Doordash, Uber eats, Grubhub, Eat24, Caviar, Munchery, Blue Apron etc.

Lost key fee: $75

NO SMOKING, VAPING or DRUGS ALLOWED on the entire premises. It is a liability for us and future AirBNB guests who expect a smoke free environment. Any evidence of smoking (butts, ashes, odor) on the property is subject to loss of the deposit.
