„Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Küche groß und die Gastgeber stellen sogar zahlreiche Nahrungsmittel zur Verfügung. Das Gebäude ist ruhig gelegen und sehr charmant mit dem zentralen Pool. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer hat eine Größe von circa 1,80 x 1 m, es passen also nur zwei kleine Kinder drauf.“

Ray and Sandy are always available and can help you with any questions. We also liked that there was a basic supply of groceries in the apartment.“

„Property is very clean, bright and well equipped. It’s walkable to Santa Monica pier, but the tram passes right outside and there’s a stop close by. Ralph’s store is beside the property if you need provisions, and a Starbucks on the corner. There’s two pools and a hot tub. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to ask for an extra bed in advance if you need more than 3 beds. My teenagers don’t like to share!“

„We really enjoyed this property- Pros- there was lots of room to relax and let all the kids have space away from each other. The laundry was great and convenient. The Kitchen was fully stocked with all you need, plus some basic cooking supplies. The master and the living room had separate cooling/heating units we could use for different temperatures in different spaces the radiator was nice to warm up the second bedroom. „Excellent property, it was very clean and the communication for check-in was easy, everything explains in detail and Jad's instructions were easy and very useful. The only Inconvenient was the details of the parking lot since our car is of minimum height 7 and the parking of the condominium is 6'8 but it was still excellent“
