„Liam and the team were super helpful in every step of the process. The place was amazing, impressive and great for the family and I. Months later and my family is still talking about it. The location was great and even had a grocery store within walking distance, so we didnt have to eat out every night. If and when I stay in Santa Monica again, this will be the first place I look at.“

„Enjoyed our 2 night stay as a family of 4 (kids aged 8 and 6). The unit was extremely clean and had a nice coffee shop just one block away. It’s walkable to some of the sites but we opted for car since it was a little far for the kids in the heat. The parking space is quite narrow so I’d recommend keeping it to a smaller sedan or compact suv. Host was very communicative and easy to reach. “

„This property did not meet basic expectations. The condo was dirty upon arrival. The bathroom towels appeared to have been previously used and hung back up rather than washed, and the bed linens did not seem freshly cleaned. After walking barefoot around the condo, our feet were visibly black from the dirty floors. The shower doors did not close properly. Additionally, the main shower backed up within about 90 seconds, causing water to overflow onto the bathroom floor. The check-in process was a ...
