Lovely big apartment room in an unbeatable location. Very clean, had all the amenities one might need. Lovely luxurious bathroom with sauna. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable (which is not a given in Japan). Overall lovely experience.

We had a really great stay overall. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, especially for Japan, and offered a lot of comfort. Having a washing machine and a small kitchenette was very convenient, even though we didn’t end up using the kitchen. The room was extremely clean, everything was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were also super comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great as well, very close to the JR Line and convenient for getting around. The staff were always friendly and polite. The only thing I found a bit disappointing was the handling of early check-in. On the day of our arrival, I unfortunately felt extremely unwell and had contacted the hotel in advance by email to ask whether it would be possible to check in a little earlier — even just about one hour before the regular check-in time. I completely understand and respect hotel policies, but since it was really an emergency situation for me, I had hoped for a bit more flexibility. I was told I could check in at 2:30 PM instead of 3:00 PM, which I appreciated, but when we arrived slightly earlier at around 2:15 PM, I still had to wait exactly until 2:30 PM despite visibly feeling very sick. It was a bit unfortunate, especially given the circumstances, but aside from that, everything else during our stay was excellent.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet überzeugt nicht wirklich, aber alles in allem hat es mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit.

The hotel is just opposite of multiple train and underground tracks. Very noisy and not so much around that area.
