Communication was great, and Eliaz helped us arrange golf cart rentals and groceries to be ready once we arrived. „Came with a group of friends to celebrate birthdays. The house was beautiful and the location, with the views, was stunning. Its walking distance to several restaurants and bars. „Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Der Hoteleigene Strandzugang war einfach nur ein Traum, der Beste Anschnitt in Cancun Zona Hotelera!! Zum kleinen Hafen oder auch ins Centro sind es nur ca.15 Gehminuten! Die Lage war daher top. Der Hotel Parkplatz war sehr praktisch. Der Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen - genug liegen mit viel Palmen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen! “

"Die Anlage ist eindrucksvoll und durch den Shuttlebus erreicht man schnell alle Einrichtungen. Der Strand ist zwar nicht der schönste an der Riviera Maya, aber sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet, aber ein paar Kakerlaken haben unseren Weg gekreuzt. Tolle Animation, gute Cocktails. "
