The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. „Check in was very informative. They gave us all the info we needed. Since check in was at a different location they provided us with a ride on a golf cart. The place was amazing. They had 2 pools but one was under renovations. The elevator was out of service the whole time we were there and we never saw anyone ever work on it. Security was always at their post so very safe.
