Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
We had an excellent stay at Kippal and would return again. The condo was very clean and spacious for 2 adults. We enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the large deck size which provided a nice place to relax. The terrace / pool at the top of the building was a great place to spend time in the sun and enjoy the incredible view offered.
Upon arrival we were missing espresso mugs for the Nespresso maker and no electrical adapter for the hair dryer. The staff immediately provided these missing items in the room. The service of the staff was excellent throughout our stay including room cleaning, answering our questions, supplying more coffee pods, calling taxis and holding our luggage after our stay. Every staff member was very friendly.
The hotel is located in the city, so there is normal city noise - barking dogs, some traffic and there was also construction ongoing across the street. We like some noise so this was fine for us. The location is ideal for being away from the cruise ship traffic, but still walkable to the main city area, many restaurants and a few blocks away from the large grocery store.
