This classic Meiselman (circa 1962) has been lovingly restored - respecting its architectural pedigree while updating it for the way we live today. The original open concept floor plan, post and beam ceilings, and walls of glass have been preserved while adding modern conveniences like the state-of-the-art kitchen, updated baths, solar and efficient heating/cooling.

Gorgeous in its simplicity, as Mr. Meiselman and his architects intended, you’ll find clean lines, an open concept floor plan and ample glass doors and windows that let the light pour in and reveal mature desert landscaping in the front and backyards. As if ripped from the pages of Dwell magazine, the owners have curated every corner of this property with fine art and furniture for your group to gather, relax and enjoy. Gather your group in the living room to stream your favorite shows on the 55” smart TV or enjoy board games in front of the stack stone fire feature. Nearby, a bar cart houses bar tools and a variety of vintage and specialty glassware.
CHEF’S KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The all new kitchen features long flowing quartz counters, ample cabinetry, high-end appliances including Bosch gas range, ample chef favorites like quality sharp knives, and a full assortment of small appliances including Nespresso machine and wine chiller. The well-stocked kitchen and dining room makes it easy to whip out a midnight snack as well as a fancy holiday feast.
SLEEPING QUARTERS – K, Q, Q
All of the bedrooms feature new and comfortable 5 star hotel-quality mattresses. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a newly remodeled en suite bath with shower over tub and dual sinks, and direct access to the side yard with outdoor shower and direct access to the beautiful backyard. There are two guest rooms - one Queen room is entered through double doors from the central living space. This stunning room features a nice desk/work area and another set of double doors to the backyard. Another Queen guest room features another desk/work area, and a chair to lounge in. Off the art-filled hallway between these bedrooms, is the shared bath, fully remodeled with beautiful marble tile and walk-in shower.
LOCATION
Great location in the very popular Movie Colony/Movie Colony East- just a few blocks from famous homes of Frank Sinatra and Bing Crosby. Stroll to casual or fine dining, wonderful local coffee shops, art galleries and specialty boutiques. It’s just an easy 10 minute walk to the beautiful Ruth Hardy Park, and from there, just another short stroll to the heart of Downtown. The Convention Center, Casino, public tennis courts, museums, craft cocktail bars, are also very close by.
POOL HEATING/UTILITIES
For trips less than 28 nights, the pool can be heated to 85 degrees upon request with an additional $89/night fee. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost. Monthly guests pay actual gas/electric utilities instead. Note that the solar system will help reduce your cost, but we still need to collect $1500/month as an Advance Utility Deposit. Any excess will be refunded.

No smoking or vaping in the house
The owners have spared no expense in providing special touches that you will appreciate throughout the house, like ceiling fans in each bedroom, bedside wireless phone chargers, 2 bikes in the garage, matching lounge robes, a whole house water softener, and even a printer.
One car garage plus 2 additional tandem spaces in the driveway
The rental rate you see includes a Damage Waiver Fee which covers up to $2,500 in unintended damage to the house during your stay (you must disclose the damage to us).
"Pre-approved", well-behaved dogs are welcome. $150 Per Dog Fee (taxable), Max 2. Sorry, no cats due to Owner's allergies.
Per the strict Palm Springs vacation rental rules, renter must be 25 or older, agree to provide gov’t photo ID, sign separate rental contact, and sign an acknowledgement of the strict Palm Springs City Rental Rules at check-in. No music is allowed outside the house and no parties.
