Palm Springs Mid-Century Modern Getaway - 3BD+pool

Welcome to our 'Pink Flamingo Villa" - a Racquet Club West Mid-Century retreat in Palm Springs - an artfully designed luxury escape showcasing the ultimate Palm Springs experience. Wake up feeling rejuvenated in any of the 3 brightly themed bedrooms before stepping outside to an entertainment haven designed for relaxation; take a dip in the pool, fire up the barbecue, sit around the outdoor fireplace or simply relax under the sun and admire the breathtaking mountain views. This place has it all!



The Space:

Our mid-century modern retreat is a 1,550 SF home on a large fully fenced private property (within an HOA) boasting an exquisite 3 bed/2bath luxury desert oasis. Situated less than 6 minutes by car away from the vibrant downtown area, this home is close to everything from local boutiques, museums, designer shops, art galleries, and award-winning restaurants.

Jacuzzi:

⭑ Spa heating is included in the nightly rate.

⭑ Please do not put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged.

⭑ Guests will take all liability and responsibility for their own safety.



Pool:

⭑ Anyone under 18 needs an adult present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons.

⭑ No diving and no glass near the pool - we supply plastic wine glasses and cups so this isn't needed. :)

⭑ All guests will take full liability and responsibility for their own and their guests’ safety.

⭑ The heating fee is $70 per day. Please notify us if you need Pool heating at least one day before you need it.

⭑ Pool service is every Tuesday and Friday. They will let themselves in.



Gardener:

⭑ Gardening service is once a week and can occur between Tuesday and Friday. Again they will let themselves in and stay outside for an hour or so..



HOA:

The unit is in an HOA ("Club Condominiums") with 44 properties. Most properties are adjacent condo's but our unit is the only self-contained (fully fenced w/ private pool and hot tub unit - see picture 6) in the complex

As it is an HOA - it's safe and secure. :)

Also the HOA has a large communal pool that is heated all year which can be used by guests as well as our private pool.- "HOA Pool" pictures.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the home in order to enjoy the full Palm Springs experience. Please treat it as your own.



A Smart lock code will be provided with check-in instruction 2 day before guest check-in.



Other Things to Note:

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME

*Please be respectful and responsible.

*No parties or events allowed.

*No smoking on property (inside & outside)

*Maximum occupancy: 6

*2 cars permitted

*The City of Palm Springs requires that the responsible party must be 25+ years of age

* Extra guests will need to leave the property by 9pm according to the County’s STR Reinforcement Code.



NOISE - PLEASE keep in mind that quiet hours for the City of Palm Springs are 10:00pm to 10:00am daily. And most importantly, the City ordinance calls for a ZERO AMPLIFIED SOUND at the property line. This includes any sort of speaker or any kind of amplified music. Please keep in mind we have neighbors that may not be on vacation. Thanks for helping us keep the peace! We don't want them to call the Vacation Rental Hotline to report any loud noises, if this happens, you may be fined $500 and might also be asked to vacate the property without any refund.



SECURITY: A Ring camera is located at the front door for your security and to ensure only registered guests are on the premises.
