„The location of the property is perfect for exploring all around Los Angeles, you can get to anywhere from Santa Monica. My only problem I would say, is there was only one wash cloth and the bathroom could use some work. Otherwise great charming beach house, easy check in, parking was no issue at all, and clean beds and house. I would recommend to others.“

One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached.
