„Mike the host is superb. Communication was on point and transparent and flexible. I had a family emergency come up last minute and Mike did all he could to accommodate my stay. The unit is great as advertised, no complaints. The neighborhood isn't for the weak at heart, but look pass the slum and see the beauty of downtown L.A. I'm definitely keeping this unit on my favorite list for the next in-state getaway. 10 star rating. “

„Spot on location for Pepperdine Campus! Thanksgiving weekend was fabulous in this property with my daughter who's a Pepperdine Student. The hosts had everything readily available, even down to the kitchen supplies which was great. Having the beach at your finger tips was amazing. This unit is the perfect size for 2 people. Only one request, could use some new fluffier seat cushions on the patio deck lounge chairs. Looking forward to staying again !“

„Loved the location in Hollywood within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and sights. The place itself is in a beautiful and safe building. There were many amenities provided and the decor was beautiful! In unit Laundry was not accessible unfortunately and had to provide late check in fee even though the listing did not state this. However, Would definitely recommend this stay!“

„First off, the property is gated. I really love the extra security and privacy it offered to me and my family. Secondly, the spa, bonfire was a huge hit! My dog especially felt comfortable, being able to roam around as needed to stretch her legs out. Overall, I was impressed with the stay and plan to stay again in the near future. “
