„Unfortunately this property left much to be desired. The unit is old ? run down or lack of upkeep. The bathroom had visible mold, the kitchen had a film on counter as did the table cloth. Inside, the presentation felt unkempt. The linens and towels , though plenty of , were mismatched, and far from expectations for the location and price of unit. „Excellent place to stay in the Santa Monica area; close to everything. Unique, beautiful place really capturing updated mission style home. I’d say the 2 main bedrooms within the home walls are both beautiful, and the 3rd bedroom ( which my kids actually wanted) was ok/fine.Sara our host is great, providing you with way more than the avg host.We would definitely stay there again, you willnot be disappointed!“

„* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water ...

„Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.“
