„* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water ...

„Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.“

„This little bungalow was adequate for our basic needs and is in a good walkable location. It was clean, somewhat comfortable & nicely decorated. A bit confusing on how to find it as it is a back cottage. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen (though not used) is well stocked. What was not mentioned was there is a construction project of a towering addition to the front house so construction materials & workers were present. Work began at 8 am. „The property is in exquisite condition from bathrooms to bedrooms. Clean and fresh. KK was in touch with us regularly before and during to insure our every need. At check-in we just walked in and settled in. The property is located walking distance from groceries and fine restaurants. We had a great experience in midtown. We highly recommend this rental.“

Comfy for 10 days.Negative: new appliances and thermostat but no instructions. AC kept coming on (and freezing us out) every night at 9pm. Coffee maker wonky (no instructions). Owner was responsive night one, much less thereafter.“
