„Concierge Zak has excellent customer service. Very helpfull. Loaded our luggage from parking and drove use to the dock, then carried our stuff to the floating house. „I truly enjoyed my stay at the EXPLORE houseboat villa. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. All directions provided were accurate as well. I wish there was a ceiling fan on the top deck (we did find a small fan to use outside though) but other than that everything was perfect! We will be back!!! “

„The property is beautiful. Everything was very clean and all the essentials we needed for our stay were provided. My granddaughter loves Barbie and she was so excited to see all the pink in this houseboat! The upstairs deck is where we ate many of our meals. It is a relaxing place to enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the sights and sounds of the area. Great vacation with family!“

„The "houseboat" was wonderful. We could walk to everything, but at the same time felt like we were staying in our own quiet neighborhood. The Cove is a wonderful place. The staff was wonderful. The communication and instructions on where to park, check-in, check out were super clear. The Cove is just a quick walk to the Riverfront and all the amazing spots of Wilmington. We had an issue with one of the TVs not working (which didn't really matter to us) and the staff had it repaired the next ...
