„We’ve been coming to Bally K cottage twice a year for past few years. It’s an easy, relaxing and quiet location. The owners are great to work with. Restaurants and grocery stores 10 mins away. Easy to check-in and out. Great access to the lake and dock fishing. Comfortable , home atmosphere. The grand kids come for a day and stay in the water the whole time. Paddle boards, kayaks and life vests are available. We will be back.“

„The house was nice and very new in a good suburban neighborhood. It was 20-25 minutes from Bank of America Stadium and uptown Charlotte. The host was very responsive to my messages. We had a little trouble with the smart lock (just enter your code). The furniture was great and new, especially the couch. It was a great place to stay!“

„This studio was perfect in every way for our stay in Matthews. We had everything we needed and the wonderful bonus of watching the chickens. This was a real pleasure for a couple of country folks. Note however: there are stairs to enter this unit. You need to be able to do that.“

She was responsive immediately to the problems we had with the home during the stay and accommodated appropriately for the unexpected change in the trip. "Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel. Aber 1. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind super klein und es war furchtbar laut. 2. Die Baustelle direkt am Hotel ist riesig und super laut. (man hätte die Gäste im Vorfeld darauf hinweisen müssen), wir hatten ein Zimmer im 16. Stock ab 7 Uhr war es mit schlafen vorbei 3. Gesamt ist das Hotel zu hellhörig. Nicht nur der Lärm der Baustelle auch von innen, wenn jemand im Flur vorbei lief und sich unterhalten hat hat man im Zimmer alles deutlich gehört. "
