„The Lil House is a nice, cozy spot for a couple to unwind and enjoy the nearby mountains and what the general area has to offer. I enjoyed the slightly rustic and mountainous themed decor. Lots of little lamps; very good interior lighting. Cabin is very easy to get to with two driveway entrances, however parking is a bit tight. Only one roll of toilet paper, but we managed. „Absolutely amazing cabin in the sky!Perfect place for a romantic getaway, to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with each other. The Colcloughs have thought of every detail to make it feel like home. It was completely beautiful inside and out. Very clean and cozy.The hot tub was awesome and we loved having coffee on the porch watching the hummingbirds. Had the best time playing games and cuddling up by the fireplace watching movies too. “

„We had a wonderful weekend visit at the cabin. The views and mountain air were so nice. The cabin is cute and quaint and comfortable. The drive up Wayah Rd is breathtaking of the river! So many waterfalls. We enjoyed fishing and river rafting and sight seeing while there. Be sure to bring what you need or grab on the way in a town since there are no gas stations or stores within 20-30 minutes. “

„We stayed as a group of 6 and it was perfect! One bathroom sounded a little scary at first but everyone agreed to work together and it was no problem at all (this included 3 teenage girls). We loved the dream whips at Darnell’s Farm- a must do especially since so close! We white water rafted the Nantahala River which was great (especially for beginners). The house and location was exactly what we wanted and needed! Immaculate, cozy, and a great location! We will be back!“
