„The reservation was for a 1 bedroom suite, but when I checked in they said that there were no more 1 bedroom suites available even though the room was prepaid. they offered me 2 rooms but that would not help since it was just my wife and I and we just wanted a separate bedroom from the living area not an additional non-connecting room.“

„We booked 2 queens with sleeper sofa for 2 nights. however, they only have a sofa bed in the Kingbed Rooms. But on their homepage it says there is one in the room description (not divided into queen and king). Hotel.com also says there is one.

„Zuvorkommender Frontdesk Chef. Speisesaal frisch restauriert und sehr schön und zweckmässig. Sehr gutes, warmes Frühstück. Zimmer zum Teil noch nicht alles fertig. Verpflegung in nächster Umgebung. Gute Unterkunft, zum empfehlen.“

„Immediately walking to the room, a roach was on the wall, a roach in the refrigerators and the bathroom was next t that clean and presentable. It was a last minute booking abs a game in the area so most hotels were already sold out. I won’t book there again.“

„Nicely decorated with modern finishes. Very clean and had everything that we needed. I especially enjoyed the coffee bar!“
