„Excellent check process, responsive virtual front desk, clean, most of all super convenient - light rail across the road, Optimist Hall (restaurants/take out/coffee) just up the road. Kitchen fully equipped, modern appliances. Hard to go back to a hotel after staying 3 days here - other than needing to do a small grocery shop to stock up if needed.“

„Die Wohnanlage ist im großen und ganzen in Ordnung. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Im Prinzip mehr eine Ferienwohnung als ein Zimmer. Es gibt keine Rezeption, alles läuft via Email und Textnachrichten. Liegt in einer Wohngegend. Keine Geschäfte oder Cafés in der Nähe. Für Solo Reisende zu groß. Kleinere Gruppen kommen hier gut unter.“

The property also had a strong smoke odor, which made the environment uncomfortable. Upon arrival, I found the overall cleanliness and condition of the property below my expectations. Due to these issues, I decided not to check in and stayed elsewhere. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.“

„It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left ...

Specisl mentioning deserves the gully equiped kitchen and the wonderful welcome package. „There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete ...
