„Das Appartement und die Lage waren sehr schön. Hübsche Ausstattung, sauber, freundlich, hell und sehr großzügig geschnitten. Traumhafter Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer und den beiden Schlafzimmern mit Balkon direkt auf das Meer. Die Küche zwar mit hochwertigen Geräten, war zum Kochen aber nur sehr sparsam ausgestattet . Leider hatten wir auch Probleme mit der Klimaanlage( die Temperatur ließ sich nicht regeln, sodass es sehr kalt war), die auch über die gesamte Zeit nicht behoben werden konnten. Alles ...

„Beautiful house, even better than the pictures. Only small issue during the stay was not many towels, messages the host and they sent more immediately. We had agreed to a late check out at 11AM but the cleaners came at 10 knocking on the door, we were able to stay until 11. Afterwards, the host messaged about what appeared to be a very small amount of damage to the ping pong table, and submitted a bill for $400. Fortunately we had the insurance which covered everything. The neighborhood was a little run down and the proximity to the airport made it so that you could hear the planes fly overhead. If you’re a light sleeper that would be the only drawback. „Some friends and I stayed here for a few days and were blown away by the house and location. You are extremely close to Las Olas/downtown along with being in walking distance to the beach. „Place was dope. The only thing missing in this place was TV outside by the pool. Everyone basically had their own little suite. 5-10 mins away from anything you could possibly need. Had an issue with the pool and someone was sent over right away, very friendly and helpful. Tabitha we will definitely be back thanks so much.“

„Nichts für schwache Nerven. Erbärmlicher alter Zustand von Zimmer 1224. Batteriemeldung Eingangstür schwach. Licht beim Bett kaputt. Dusche schimmlig und hält nicht mehr. TV läuft nicht oder falsches Gerät dazu. Fenster kann minim mit viel Kraft geöffnet werden, aber bleibt keinen Spalt offen. Küchenschrank bei Spühle fällt auseinander. Küchenabdeckung schräg und gebrochen, nur notdürftig geklebt und repariert. Valet parking nur mit Personal... bei Ankunft mind. 30min angestanden für Check-in ...

The only thing which I didn't like is the pricing for parking, they ask for 40 dollars per night?? Sorry that's way too much, so I parked at the street and paid with paybyphone.com, which was way cheaper..“
