„The hotel’s location is fantastic, right on the beach. Unfortunately, the property feels dated. I stayed in the Château Tower, where some of the lifts were out of order. The lights on the lifts that were working weren’t on, so it was difficult to tell whether a lift had been called. The hallway carpets are also old. There is construction taking place outside the Viva restaurant and on the other side of the property and near the pool so you feel the work on top. The room was okay overall, but ...

„Rooms are poorly sound isolated - I could hear everything in the corridor at night, including all the guests, cleaners and maintenance guy with a ladder fixing fire detector at 11:00pm + constant humming from the fridge, AC, something else working outside…Hallway carpets were stained taking away from the feeling of “luxury”.“

„Sauberes Zimmer, Klimaanlage, Handtücher für den Strand kostenfrei, gute Lage“

„Alles gut“

„Etwas kleines Badezimmer “

„The most dirty and run down hotel where I have been in 40 years of travelling. Old carpets, bad smell everywhere, you cannot open a window and the A/C is making horrible noise, even if you shut it of. They charge you for Valet and then ask you to drive the car around the block yourself. Incompetent and arrigant stuff. At checkout I was charged with a wrong unjustified amount. I asked for correction amd refund, but the manager refused to do that. I will take a lawyer and make a criminal report ...

„We had a pleasant stay at The Kent Hotel. The biggest highlight is definitely the location. It’s just one block from Ocean Drive and within easy walking distance of South Beach, restaurants, and shops. Getting around is also very convenient. Uber is readily available if you want to get somewhere quickly, but there are also great free and affordable transportation options like the South Beach trolley, water taxis, and the Metromover if you want to explore more of South Beach and downtown ...

„New hotel. Needs to be finished in a few parts I think as there are still some minor problems. But I think they will be gone in a few weeks. Overall great hotel for a great price.“

„The hotel is getting old and is in urgent need of renovation. If you look down on the pool from the window and what you paid for, you can see heapods of old boards and garbage from previous repairs lying on the canopy of the pool. That belongs away. The pool would have to be renovated. The beach at the pool is not open and barricaded. Too bad! On the other hand, the staff is very, very nice and helpful.“
