Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufieden, wobei es schon kleine Schönheitsfehler gibt (Bäder/ Ceranfeld ) mit denen wir aber gut leben konnten. Wenn es was zu kritisieren gibt, waren es die elektronischen Schlüssel (Chips) die wir von der Hausverwaltung des Ocean Reserve erhalten haben und die für den Zugang ins Haus (Parkplatz, Poolanlage, Fittnesraum) benötigt wurden.
