„We enjoyed our stay at the penthouse. The views from the 32nd floor are so wonderful, my kids didn't want to leave. I can't rate the amenities offered like shuttle, pool or fitness center because we didn't use them at all, but you will be charged for it. I gave a 4 star for the check in only because our key didn't work to open the door first time and had to go all the way downstairs to get it fixed. „It was a very amazing experiance for the price. It was great for being located on the beach. They have pretty much all you need on the premises and gift store. Elevator lines at check in was long but it moved quickly met alot of people on the elevator we were on the 24th floor. Phones didnt work, had to get maintenance for the microwaves, weight scale in the bathroom had no batteries. „Unser Apartment im Ocean Reserve war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufieden, wobei es schon kleine Schönheitsfehler gibt (Bäder/ Ceranfeld ) mit denen wir aber gut leben konnten. Wenn es was zu kritisieren gibt, waren es die elektronischen Schlüssel (Chips) die wir von der Hausverwaltung des Ocean Reserve erhalten haben und die für den Zugang ins Haus (Parkplatz, Poolanlage, Fittnesraum) benötigt wurden.
