„Perfect“

„Die Wohnung selber war toll. Einfach etwas spärlich eingerichtet mit Küchenutensilien. Zudem war es sehr sehr mühsam, dass die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit lief, auch nachts und nicht ausgeschaltet werden konnte. Das Haus ist eigentlich als Einfamilienhaus gebaut und es wurden nun drei Einheiten zum Vermieten daraus gmacht. Das ist nicht so toll, da die Wohnungen nur durch eine dünne Tür getrennt sind und man so alles von den Nachbarn mitbekommt. Sehr schade. “

„Alles wunderbar gewesen. Das Haus passt, alles hat funktioniert. Die Lage ist gut, da man zum Beispiel je nach Verkehrslage in ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten in Miami Beach ist.“

„We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was comfortable, check in was easy. The condo is about 2 blocks from the beach and a few blocks from the start of restaurants on Ocean blvd. It was also great to have amenities similar to a hotel with staff on-site.“

Traumhafter Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer und den beiden Schlafzimmern mit Balkon direkt auf das Meer. Die Küche zwar mit hochwertigen Geräten, war zum Kochen aber nur sehr sparsam ausgestattet . Leider hatten wir auch Probleme mit der Klimaanlage( die Temperatur ließ sich nicht regeln, sodass es sehr kalt war), die auch über die gesamte Zeit nicht behoben werden konnten. Alles ...

The house was great for our family of 6, plenty of room. We also enjoyed sitting around the pool and swimming too. The property manager was great to work with also. „Nichts für schwache Nerven. Erbärmlicher alter Zustand von Zimmer 1224. Batteriemeldung Eingangstür schwach. Licht beim Bett kaputt. Dusche schimmlig und hält nicht mehr. TV läuft nicht oder falsches Gerät dazu. Fenster kann minim mit viel Kraft geöffnet werden, aber bleibt keinen Spalt offen. Küchenschrank bei Spühle fällt auseinander. Küchenabdeckung schräg und gebrochen, nur notdürftig geklebt und repariert. Valet parking nur mit Personal... bei Ankunft mind. 30min angestanden für Check-in ...
