Ferienwohnung in Aventura buchen

„I did not like all the hidden cost. Was charged twice for parking, contact the bank to dispute. The property ran out of Towels, was not able to get face cloths for the entire trip, hod to use large towels. The building as large as it was only had two elevators. My 49th wedding anniversary and it was horrible. Had to apologize to wife not seeing all the misleading.“

„The host was very responsive when contacted. The location is great…pity about the construction going on at the resort. Kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms need attention but overall a lovely apartment “

„Great place! Easy to work with host! Hope to be back soon! Thank you!“

„We had a great stay in Sunny Isles Beach. The unit was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room were nicely laid out and easy to navigate. We especially enjoyed spending time at the beach and taking advantage of the resort facilities. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit.“

„Very friendly host, and staff at the building was phenomenal. I had just gotten a surgery on my knee and every time I came in, they was very attentive and made sure I got to my room safe and secure. The room itself was exactly like the pictures. It was Clean and came with lots of amenities. We had a slight issue with 2 of the tvs in the condo but when notified it was rectified promptly. My only other issue was although parking was free, the parking bay for that particular condo was so far away ...

„Condominium itself was lovely. It was clean and spacious. The property itself was nice, I’ll be at the pool in the hot tub. We’re not as clean as we would have desired. The beach scene in the level of service was amazing!“

„Facility and staff and room were great. Including great shower water pressure and very comfortable beds and pillows. Very modern and fresh. Everything was as advertised except the price. Be ready for additional charges once you arrive at the hotel. There is a security deposit which will be refunded which I’m cool with, but there was not a small resort fee that will not be refunded that I was unaware of. So keep that in mind when looking at the price. This place is still worth the additional cost ...

„Balcony was great! Beach view and amenities for beach was great. Staff was good minus the $2000 hold they put vs $200 hoping it is all cleared up Monday. The host was great but I would recommend he change that sofa bed as it did have mold underneath the mattress and frame. So please watch out for that and absolutely change it or treat it with whatever is needed.“

„eine Restaurierung der Wohnung wäre notwendig, Küche Sauberkeit des Ofens(Rost) Dishwasher- Ein-/Ausräumen, Schrank unter der Spüle,, Gefrierer Roststellen, Geräusch vom Kühlschrank, zwei Einganstüren zur Wohnung zuviel Luftzug, Balkon nicht benutzbarwegen Straßenlärm usw.....“

„The location of the property was excellent. Just a short walk to beach access. The views from the deck were outstanding. Our family of five found the condo spacious. The kitchen contained satisfactory equipment, but lacked anything else. Overall, a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. “

„durchaus angenehm“

„We just had a girls trip last week here with 5 ladies. We had the best time. Oscar was amazing to work with. He was very helpful and responded quickly. The view was amazing and it was nice to have the pool and the beach. It was close to a lot of areas.“

„Very nice condo, beautiful location in front of the beach and close to shops. All amenities were made available to us to enjoy the beach during the stay. Vanessa was very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend!“

„As soon as I opened the door my daughter and I were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and an oval chemical smell. The chemical smell burned our throats, you could literally taste it. Then if that wasn’t enough, the long black hairs on the bed sheets. The bathtub looked like a contractor washed out a drum of cement in the tub. There was cement all over the inside of the tub. Called the number in my email numerous times with every time getting a word recording with no way to leave a message. ...

„Sehr Lieber betreiber gerne wieder“

„Parking was secure, but it took too long to get the car.“

„The apartment has a super good location. Close to the action and yet quiet. The hosts Joe and Debora are incredibly nice, helpful and easy to reach. The check-in was flawless and I would book the apartment again and again. The facilities are adequate.“
