"The Reception staff, specifically Carolina, was very kind, professional, efficient, and answered all of our questions. She also gave us a small upgrade, which was a nice surprise.
The room is very clean. The partial view of the sea from the balcony is ok. The bathroom and shower were very clean. The water had good pressure and the hot water was available immediately.
The breakfast in this hotel is excellent and has a wide variety. They know how to do omelettes well.
Hotel is 7 minutes from the bus station. There is a bus that goes from the airport to this stop, without having to go through Palma. Cost is around 13.50 EUR one way.
Lots of bars and restaurants on the promenade. The beach is close by. The beautiful Playa Muro is also 10 minutes away on foot. Recommend getting a cooler chest from the store, filling it with ice and drinks. Much cheaper to take on the beach.
Watch out for thieves on the beach. When going to the beach, leave most of your valuables in the room. Take a waterproof and transparent phone container or bag where you can put your money, phone and perhaps one card. Don’t leave valuables on the beach.
Recommend to take the bus 25 minutes to Alcudia old historic town. Sunday morning is the market.
Very good hotel. Had 1 water bottle in the room. Safe has to be paid for extra and works with a key rather than a code. The room key is worn like a bracelet on your wrist.
Only downside is that the room is not well noiseprotected from the hallway."
