Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Bad waren in einem tadellosen Zustand, was meinen Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Hotel in Ordnung. 5 von 6 Fahrstühlen funktionieren nicht und sind außer Betrieb, daher endlose Wartezeiten vor/im Lift bis man da ankommt wo man hin muss. Vor dem Hotel treiben sich „zwielichtige Gestalten“ rum und betteln. Security ist davon eher unbeeindruckt. Valet-parken ist ca 70$/Tag, Self-parking hinter dem Hotel preiswerter mit 24$/Tag.

Stay was okay. No room service at all. Need to ask and request before. No one told us before. What’s the point in staying in a hotel if I have to use dirty towel and sleep in old bed sheets? It’s pricey and has no service. After calling front desk and asking for towels they were sassy even. Would not recommend. Valet parking for $60 per night and no self parking at the hotel. Only paying for the brand Sheraton. That’s it. Old rooms and hallways. Looks like American horror story lol. Beds were very comfortable though.

Service so schlecht wie noch nie….
Seit 12Jahren besuchen wir das Hotel und noch nie war der Service so schlecht wie jetzt! Zimmer wurden nur gegen Aufforderung gereinigt und Personalmangel ist keine Ausrede wenn das Hotel trotzdem volle Preise verlangt!

We want guests to be able to tailor the service to their preferences. Im ersten Zimmer das uns zugeteilt wurde roch es extrem stark nach kaltem Rauch (obwohl wir extra ein Nicht Raucher Zimmer gebucht haben). Das Personal hat uns jedoch nach der Beschwerde direkt ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist ein bisschen alt aber für eine Nacht vollkommen ok.

There was no water pressure. A shower took 30 minutes. the room was clean, the lobby areas had a damp smell and dirty restrooms off the lobby. No body asked if how my stay was or how I was doing. The room next to mine had a clogged sink and they needed to access my room in the middle of the night to repair it. The airport is right next to the hotel so it was noisy as expected. In the morning the elevator stops at every floor on the way down whether someone is there or not. I was late for my meeting on Saturday due to a slow shower and being woken up in the middle of the night.

Google reviews have this as a 4 star hotel. The rooms were clean but i just dont see if being a 4 star hotel. Also, the water wasnt draining properly in the shower. It was a convenient location but i did not sleep well because you hear EVERYTHING.

There needs to be more communication of what room is occupied. I payed extra for early check-in after my boyfriend and I had a long day of traveling. No one told the cleaning staff, nor is the staff very loud knocking on the door before entering a room. So I was scared out of my nap of exhausted day to of traveling.

It is an ok place to stay but the service was bad , did not clean my room for two day even I have called customer service asking to be cleaned but never did then I personally had to ask the housekeeper to clean my room
