The Space:
Live in the heart of Los Angeles with this fully furnished studio, located just one minute from the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Dolby Theatre. Designed for comfort and ease, the unit features a full-size bed with premium linens, a cozy living area with lounge chairs, and a kitchenette stocked with essentials for light meal.. The bathroom comes fully equipped with 100% cotton linens and towels, while a portable air conditioner ensures a comfortable stay year-round. Additional amenities include a 40-inch Roku TV for entertainment, generous closet space, an on-site laundry room, and ongoing support from the management team with an on-site representative for added convenience.
PARKING:
While there is no parking in the building, you have a couple of convenient options: A monthly parking spot rental is available for $250/month. The building shares a lot with the Hollywood & Highland Shopping Center (Ovation Hollywood), offering a range of hourly and daily parking options ($2 every 20 minutes; $6 per hour; daily maximum of $20), providing the easiest parking solution for your stay.

Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc) not included.

Step out your door and onto the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, visit the Dolby Theater, or take a short drive to Universal Studios and Runyon Canyon. Enjoy the vibrant local dining and nightlife scene, with trendy restaurants and bars just steps away. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this location provides unparalleled access to LA’s most famous attractions.
Getting Around:
This central Hollywood location makes it easy to navigate the city. Many attractions are within walking distance, and public transit options, including Metro stations and bus lines, are conveniently nearby. For drivers, the parking options provided offer flexibility and ease. Rideshare services are also readily available, ensuring seamless travel throughout Los Angeles.

APPLICATION AND FEES:
**All guests are required to complete an application, which includes a credit and background check. The application fee is $39.99. Additionally, guests must complete an identity verification process.
**A $1,250 security deposit will be added to all booking reservations. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, less any deductions for damages. It must be paid directly to the host upon booking confirmation and will be returned within 21 days after move-out. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**All guests must sign a lease agreement directly with the host and agree to all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**Pets are welcome in our units! A refundable $500 pet deposit will be required, along with a pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.
**A one-time cleaning fee of $299 will be added to the first month's rent. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit. This includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential cleaning and grooming supplies.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
**Move in after 4 pm.
**Move out by 11 am.
**Early check in/ late check out are each $75 subject to availability.
**This space is non-smoking.
**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
