„Muy bien ubicado el hotel, en zona centro prácticamente, todo te queda a pie a 8-10 min El hotel bien en general, todo nuevo, cómodo, buen aire acondicionado, buena TV, buen internet. Si volvería, estuve a gusto ahí !!!“

„I’m not sure how it normally is but there was a shore break here that was so loud that we couldn’t even sleep. The ocean was so strong that it pulled the lounges almost into the water. One of the focuses here was drinking as it was all inclusive. As you can imagine people were doing stupid things under the influence. The resort was run down. The a/c was old, very loud and ineffective. I expected more from hotels with the IHG name on it.“

El hotel está inmediato a la avenida principal de la zona hotelera que conecta con la playa, muy cercano al mercado de artesanías y las plazas comerciales. para acceder a la playa queda muy cerca el estacionamiento público de playa el palmar (en el cual hay un corredor que te lleva directo a mar) entonces está muy cómodo trasladarse. „We are not resort types but this one is the best of both worlds. You can participate in activities and eat there, but you are not forces and nice beach restaurants and others are just a few minutes away. The whole place is in top shape and exceptionally nice. Staff throughout amazing and good in English. “

„Our favorite resort to date and we are fairly seasoned travellers. Food was fantastic! Rooms are incredible. Staff are friendly and helpful though most don't speak great English. Tons of activities to do. Infinity pool was lovely. Use of restaurants and activities at neighboring pool was a great bonus! The only negative would be the lack of beach and fear of crocodiles in the water! But we would highly recommend this property to all and plan to be back!“

„Hospedaje sencillo (acordé al precio). No apto para exigentes , habitaciones pequeñas y muy sencillas que cuentan con lo básico. La alberca está de buen tamaño, el personal excelente todos super amables y serviciales, el restaurante de desayuno de muy buen sabor y excelente precio. Nota importante: si llegas en auto , las calles para acceder son muy estrechas y el estaciónamiento está una calle atrás, algo incómodo para carga y descarga de equipaje pero cumple con la seguridad a tu automóvil.“

Qualität der Speisen und Auswahl des Buffets eher mittelmässig. Personal im Restaurant war freundlich. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier aber sicher fehl am Platz“

„This is an outstanding facility in a secluded location. The design of the hotel is giving you the feeling of being in a dream. The personnel is extremely service oriented. Yet very professional, and keep a healthy distance to the clients. The pools are beautiful. Unfortunately, -although we did not move out for a second out of the hotel over the 5 days we spent in Ixtapa - my partner and I got very sick on the last day, and worse on the way back to Europe.
