„This is an outstanding facility in a secluded location. The design of the hotel is giving you the feeling of being in a dream. The personnel is extremely service oriented. Yet very professional, and keep a healthy distance to the clients. The pools are beautiful. Unfortunately, -although we did not move out for a second out of the hotel over the 5 days we spent in Ixtapa - my partner and I got very sick on the last day, and worse on the way back to Europe. „Fantastic Staff! Angel y Natividad nos atendieron en el Club con mucho entusiasmo y amabilidad, son personas tan buenas y honestas. En general todos son muy amables, atentos. Las camaristas tambien! El Hotel sigue estando hermoso y muy bien mantenido, las habitaciones tienen terrazas increibles. La musica en el lobby bar es de primera. „We spent 5 wonderful nights at the Azul Ixtapa, the pool area for kids is ine of the nicest we've had. One of the strongest points of this resort is the super friendly and helpful staff. If you travel with kids, and can, book a Junior Suite. You'll have lots of space, and a beautiful view. They just provide water in the room, it would be really nice if they could put some drinks in the fridge.“
