„Great little casita, on the mountain above Las Ropas playa. Everything was as advertised, but we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the house is. The only “ heads up” I can offer: there are 60 steps up, quite steep and a bit rugged. After a week our legs were used to it, but it’s not for everyone!The casita is a bit isolated, which means quiet-great view-private. About 1km to the Las Ropas beach turnoff. „We had to find other accommodation after we had actually arrived there, because VRBO gave the owners until 3PM on the arrival day to contact us.By that point all the nicer places were rented already, and we had to move 3 times to different locations because it was peak season.VRBO should drop this listing “

„I really appreciate it the beautiful decor everywhere. Everything was in Mexican style to the last detail the spaciousness and the view were magnificent. Even in the heat, there was always the ocean breeze. This was my last trip to my beloved Mexico, and it could not have been better than at Casa Kyoto.“

„Apartment was as described, incredible views, great location (though it is a bit isolated, so rental car or taxi use is generally required). Claire had a very nice welcome basket waiting for me (fruit, wine, cookies and chips, with cold beers in the refrigerator) and unit was very clean. Great experience. “

The beach chairs everyday were very easy to request, both ladies at the help desk were exceptional. Emir checking us in did a fantastic job.
