The facilities of the hotel are poorly located with elevators serving all floors on the one side only and amenities on the opposite sides.
Restaurants served good food with exception of bread which were stale and dry at every sitting. The local wine prices are expensive more than $80 for a bottle of local Merlot.
English is a struggle throughout the facility.
Room conditions are not maintained to the expectation of the name. Our room air conditioner functioned poorly the entire stay.
The lobby bar had poor music choice, boring and repetitive. A single entertainer paid to perform in the evenings would have much better results.
We will not be returning. Distances to shopping and entertainment is non existent and taxis are the only means of transport. A hotel shuttle bus would be an much better option.
