Whatever we needed we just contacted her and it was taken care of. We were blown away by the attention we received that others we were traveling with did not. Definitely would love to go back and absolutely would book with hotels.com.“

„Beautiful hotel installations, nice beach, and great staff! For a “5” stars hotel the “Isla Blanca” restaurant was a disappointment. The food temperature was always cold, raw meats and rude grill stations staff. The service at the beach was lacking. “The Nest” restaurant was a real treat with lobster and great service from Armando and Alfredo.
